Cancellation Policy

Venue-set windows

Each venue sets how far ahead you can cancel and what percentage is refunded. The applicable window is shown on the facility page and in your booking details before you confirm.

Cancelling a booking

Open Find My Booking, verify your mobile number, then cancel from the booking. Bookings that have already started, or that were rejected or expired, cannot be cancelled online.

Refunds

If you paid a deposit or the full amount, the refund percentage that applies to your cancellation window is calculated automatically and a refund record is raised for the venue to process.

Reschedule requests

Where the booking is still active you can send a reschedule request with your preferred alternative. The venue confirms availability before anything changes.

Venue-initiated changes

If a venue must cancel because of maintenance or weather, you are contacted on the number you verified and any amount paid is refunded in full.
